How to Make Ugadi Pachadi

Ugadi Pachadi Recipe
- Wash tamarind and soak it in ½ cup warm water till it softens.
- Meanwhile, pluck the flowers from neem sprigs.
- Add grated jaggery to another 1 cup water, mix till it melts off.
- Add rest of the ingredients such as red chilli powder, salt, raw mango
- Again mix well
- Do not taste it if you intend to offer it to god.
